Returns

Our return policy is strict and adheres to the following guidelines:

  1. Timeframe: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

  3. Exemptions: Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

  4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please ensure you retain this documentation.

  5. Manufacturer Returns: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns should be directed to our designated address.

  6. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. Processing times may vary. If further assistance is required, please reach out to us at info@payandpack.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@payandpack.com. You can return the item to our designated address or one of our overseas third-party warehouses.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping

When returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proper tracking.

Please note that the delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
